Writing a thank you letter
THis is something that seems to have been forgotten about over the last few years. It's time it was bought back and everyone was made to formally acknowledge the gifts they got and to thank people for them.
If you start your kids writing thank you letters young then it'll be a tremendous habit to get into as they get older. Lead by example. Write and thank all your elderly relatives for the present.
Don't send my email - write a proper letter and post it! It's lovely to recieve hand written mail and is a nice treat for relatives!
