| Get the best of both! Spend the morning climbing on the Sandstone rocks of Sussex learning how to climb and belay your friends. A short break for lunch then its off to the abseil tower as you spend the afternoon whizzing down the vertical face. You can even try it blindfolded! Southern sandstone is surrounded by beautiful woodland and has the advantage of ease of access being situated halfway between London and Brighton. Because of the soft nature of the rocks we can not abseil on them as it causes too much damage so a 20min drive will see us at our 33ft purpose built Abseiling tower. | ||

First climb the 143 to the jumpstation. With harnesses and equipment checked you are attached on your back to the Parachute Descender. Then you just step off from 150ft into the The Abyss. Falling at 97% of gravity your heart will be in your mouth as your descent is slowed down in the last 30ft allowing you to work your back on to the terra firma. What a rush. To get the full effect though climb the stairs again straight away to do it all again. | ||
